All the registered/interested participants are requested to check the website twice in a week or get in touch with the conference manager for further updates
All cancellations/refunds must be sent in writing to the conference manager
Payments once done will not be refunded due to prior commitements towards the conference
All registered participants are eligible to send his/her colleagues to present if the registered participant is unwilling to attend or due to uncertain conditions
All registered participants are not eligible for transfer to next conference within 45 days to the conference
By attending/registering for the conference you hereby agree to the terms and conditions
The organization reserves the right to make changes to conference dates/program or cancel the event at any time
If the event cancels/postpones due to the pandemic, all the registered participants will be notified and the registered amount will be transferred to next upcoming conference, The refund is not applicable in this case.
